She was predeceased by: her husband Roosevelt Screen. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Screen (Gina), Donnie Screen (Evelyn), Sherry Screen-Arkhurst (Barton), Lisa Housley (Darold), Diane Williams (Whitney), Tina Jones (Maurice), Roosevelt "Tracy" Screen (Dana), Sandy Chavis (Anthony), Brinda Screen and Judy "Nancy" Jones; her siblings, Pearl Florence, Hazel Jones and Willie Thomas; her cousin James Smith (Vivian); and her close friend Addie Crawford. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; a host of nieces and nephews.
