She is survived by: her parents, Dolly and George; her brother George III; her sons, Anthony Chase and Michael "Mike" Chase (Shirley); her sisters, Elaine Bailey (Travis Corr) and Debbie Dombroski (Dan Goyette); her significant other Jimmy; her child Jim Chase; her grandchildren, Andrea, Anthony Jr., Jaelynn, Tally, Tiara, Kaiah, George IV, Carter and Shavez; her great grandchild Jada; and also, Big Daddy and Landry. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
