He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen D. Kinner and Nellie C. Kinner; his sisters, Allene, Gayle and Faith; and his cousin Hanlon.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Leighton "Lanny" C. Kinner, Jr., Robert T. Klock (Delenn) and Marion "Missy" Carr; his grandchildren, Melissa Auerbach (George), Andrew Kinner, Raychel Lunn, Jennifer Salamone (Stephen), Demi, Chloe, Ray and Hunter Carr; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor, James, Anakin and Sawyer.
