He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Lawrence "Bud" James; his wife Carole; his mother Catherine; his children, Kristine Barrett (John), Brian, Steven (Jennifer) and Lynne Hoover (Gary); his grandchildren, Vincent Hoover, Erica James, Audrey DeLany, Anna, Alana Hoover, Meredith and Mollie James; and his siblings, Robert (Linda), Joanne Nerrong (Nick), Nancy Zanoni (David) and Marylou Lake (Bob).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the St. Lucy's Food Pantry at 432 Gifford Street.
