He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Nemier and Carol Nemier. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica and Ashley Nemier; his former wife Sharon Swan; his brother Scott Nemier; his niece Sarah Marsh (Zachary); his nephew Ben Nemier (Elizabeth); and his aunt Margaret Kinne (Charles).
