She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shults and Margaret Shults; and her daughter Jessica. She is survived by: her husband James; her children, Kevin Toole, Miki Williams and Michael Toole; her siblings, Karen Shults and David Shults; and also Kathy O'Leary (Kevin). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, many nieces and nephews.
