She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Albert, Ann Palumbo and Frank E. Oja; and her uncle John Oja. She is survived by: her parents, David E. Oja and Linda P. Oja; her son Nicholas Jack Wood; her boyfriend Nick Wood; her siblings, Matthew D. Oja (Kate) and Katie Oja; her nephew Theodore; her niece Ingrid Oja; her grandmother Ruth Oja of Red Hook, NY; and her aunts and uncles, Lois Thomas (Paul) of Red Hook, NY, Anne Oja (Alan Van Ness) of Red Hook, NY, Caroline Gergel (Don) of Fairfax Station, VA, Marya Oja of New York City, Lorraine Voegler (George) of Tivoli, NY, Matthew F. Oja (Galina) and Robert Palumbo of Albany, NY. She is also survived by cousins, great aunts, and great uncles.
The family requests that guests in attendance at both calling hours and the funeral Mass wear masks or face covering, thank you for your understanding. Burial will be private, in the Bard College Cemetery in Annandale-on-Hudson, NY.
