It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kimberlin C. Gatewood (Syracuse, New York), who passed away on May 3, 2024, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Kimberlin may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her father Michael Gatewood Sr.; her grandparents, Willie and Mary Gatewood; and her siblings, Ronnie (Stanley), Erica and Crystal.
She is survived by: her son Hezakiah; her siblings, Michael (MJ), Akira, Javelle and Tamara; and her cousins, Kendeysha, Felicity (Peanut) and Mikyra. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, and friends.
