He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Pickard and Frances Pickard; and his brothers, Lee Pickard (Lynne) of Washington, D. C., Lynn Pickard (Kumi) of Tokyo and Terry Pickard (Judy) of Manlius. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID, services will be private.
