He is survived by: his wife Quontina Hills; his children, Anthony Carter, Mahogani Hills and Zyon Kareem Hills; his father William Hills; his grandchildren, Anthony Carter, Jr., Aiden Carter, Avery Carter and Legend Kareem Hills; his grandmother Edith Hills; his siblings, Valencia Breaux, Damien Everson and David Hills; his great-aunt Mattie Mobley; and his aunts and uncles, Mittie Peters, Barbara Hills, Bernard Hills, Melvin Hills and Myron Hills.
