She is survived by: her children, Laura LaPlatney (Tim) of Syracuse, Michelle LaPlatney (Eric) of Syracuse, Crystal LaPlatney of Syracuse, Alicia Thomas (Josè) of Syracuse, Tyshonda Thomas-McMullen (Brandon) of Syracuse, Latoya Thomas, Desiree Arroyo (Eddie) of Syracuse, Michael LaPlatney (Jessica), Myron Thomas (Rebekah), John Thomas and James Thomas (Autumn); and her siblings, Terry Dawley of Ogdensburg, NY and Dale Pittsley of Ogdensburg, NY. She is also survived by 45 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
