She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas W. Quigley and Mary Katherine Quigley (Drescher); and her brothers, Thomas W. Quigley, Jr. and John T. Quigley. She is survived by: her brother Michael A. Quigley, Sr. (Vicki B. Quigley) of Syracuse; her nephew Michael A. Quigley, Jr.; and her nieces, Julia A. Quigley (Felipe Cocco) and Cristina Quigley.
Kathleen was an avid member and supporter of the Downtown Branch of the YMCA of Central New York, Syracuse, New York (ycny.org) should friends wish to make a contribution in her memory.
