He is survived by: his spouse Kashi Wali; his daughters, Alaka, Achala and Monona Wali; his son-in-law Richard Hubbard; his grandchildren, Shanti, Eric Hubbard, Dinesh, Kavita Elliott, Kanchan and Maya Wali Richardson; and his great grandchild Ruby Jean Kashi Hubbard.
