She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomasso Tellone and Rosa Tellone; her husband Donald; and her sisters, Flora Crisafi and Matilda Muller.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Tantillo (Philip) of Syracuse, Kathleen Rudy (Steve) of Syracuse, Rosemary Smith (Ted) of Syracuse, Donny of Myrtle Beach, SC and Jim (Marie) of Reston, VA; her grandchildren, Stephen, Matthew (Mary Kate), Michael, Leah, Mark, Eric, Daniel (Lindsay), Jake (Katie), Paul (Allyson Hildreth) and Maggie; and her great grandchildren, Cameron, Madeline and Christopher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY and of the Finger Lakes, 990 7th N. St., Liverpool, NY 13088, reflecting Justina's compassionate spirit and the gratitude her family feels for the support they received during her final days.
