She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Tish and Rush Rowell of Florence, Alabama.; her brothers, Walker Rowell and Rush Rowell Jr.; her husband Ananais Skipworth Sr.; and her sons, James Skipwoth Sr., Ananias Skipworth Jr. and Charles H. Skipworth Sr..

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Deborah Mims of Syracuse, NY and Kenneth Jamison (Cassandra) of Syracuse, NY; her goddaughter Christine Stevenson of Atlanta, GA; and her daughter-in-law Gloria Skipworth of Syracuse, NY. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
