He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sharon R. West. He is survived by: his daughter Madison A. Casler; his parents, Virginia Furtado and James Jada Stackhouse; and his sister Sara A. Furtado. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
