He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Jarvis (Adamaszek); his children, Wayne Jarvis and Judy Hayes (Bob); his sister Theresa Brzycky; his grandchildren, Amanda, Whitney, Aaron and Jakob; and his great grandchild Ava. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
