He was predeceased by: his father Edson Mercer; and his brothers, James and Charles. He is survived by: his wife Penny Caloia; and his siblings, Gary Mercer of Matamoras, PA, Lucy Davidson of New Waterford, OH and Alice Ann Davis (James) of New Waterford, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
