He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Ahern and Doris McGraw Ahern; and his siblings, Timothy, Thomas, Patrick, Daniel and Mary Theresa.
He is survived by: his sister Doreen Drury (John); and his sisters-in-law, Catherine Ahern (Tim), Gail Ahern (Tom) and Carol Ahern (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
