He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Salmonsen and Alice Salmonsen; his wife Lucy; and his siblings, Carl, Jr., Peter, Bob Salmonsen and Marjorie Jewell.
He is survived by: his nephew Doug Dyer (Tammy).
