He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Sowizdral, Sr. and Margaret Ulrichk Sowizdral. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Patricia Dobbin; his wife Patricia Sowizdral; his children, Samantha Sowizdral, Josephine Sowizdral, Johnny Sowizdral, III and William Sowizdral; and his siblings, Tammy, Joe Becker and Jim Sowizdral. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
