It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Robert Mahar (Syracuse, New York), who passed away on June 11, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Gary Mahar (Susan) of Liverpool, Sharon Holliday (Dave) of Liverpool, Patrick Mahar (Paula) of Solvay, Marie Helwig-Mahar (Luann) of North Syracuse and Deborah Garcia (JJ). He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
