We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2019, at the age of 94, John R. Milligan (Syracuse, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Margaret (Mulcahy). He is survived by: his sister Marilyn (Jenkins); his wife Barbara; his children, Rose Morgan (CA), Kathleen Zudick (FL), Julie Allen (MA) and John Milligan (NY); and his brother Art Milligan (NC). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.

At the family's request, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Raquette Lake Fire Department, 171 NY-28, Raquette Lake, NY 13436.
