It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Pappalau of Syracuse, New York, born in Delmar, New York, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pappalau and Dorothy Pappalau (Smith); his son Michael Pappalau; and his brother Gerald Pappalau. He is survived by: his wife Eve E. Fazzio; his children, Jane Anderson (Steve) and Andrew Pappalau (Deborah); his grandchildren, Devin Pappalau (Ivana), Audrey Pappalau and Sophie Pappalau; his great grandchild Milena Pappalau; and his stepgrandsons, Jess Anderson (Jennifer), Kent Anderson (Cassandra) and David Anderson (Stephanie). He is also survived by six step-great grandchildren.
