He was predeceased by: his father John Michael Foertch, Sr.. He is survived by: his cousins, Nora Vander Sluis (Peter), Kathleen Giarrusso, Suzanne Parker, Gerald Coyne Jr., Jacqueline Murphy, Kimberly Melville and Mary Theresa Smith; his mother Joanne Mattina; and his sister Patricia Fischer.
