He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Mackey and Rosemary Mackey; and his sister Jill Mackey. He is survived by: his friends, Kevin Foley and Carolyn Kenyon; his siblings, Paul Mackey of Syracuse and Jo Ann Mathews of Columbus, OH; his nieces and nephews, Carey of Jessica, Kathryn, Jacob and Jeremy; his stepmother Joan Mackey; and his aunt Carol Judge of Fairmount.
