He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Trudy Halko (Zalewski); his brother Mark John Halko; his mother-in-law Eleanor Balch (Miceli); his sister-in-law Patricia Balch-Liepke; his wife Kathleen Halko (Balch); his children, Kara Zarnowski (Ryan) and Joshua Halko (Edward Przybylski); his father John P. Halko; his brother Paul Halko (Barbara); his brothers-in-law, Michael Balch (Marilou), Thomas Balch (Laurie) and Andrew Balch (Dan); his pet Angus; and his granddaughters, Isabella and Paityn. He was also cherished by his nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, extended family and lifelong friends.
