He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Wise and Gladys Wise (Morgan). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Wise (Banack); his children, Nancy Capps (Craig), John A. Wise (Michelle) and Martin Wise (Heidi); his grandchildren, John M. Wise, Richard Wise, Ashley Hall, Nikki Wise, Aleshia Sequin, John-John Wise, Abby Liedka, Michael York and Treniss Capps; his sister Jeanette Babcock; and his caregiver Linda. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in John's name to the Lafayette Volunteer Fire Department, 2444 US-11, Lafayette, NY 13084.
