We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2023, at the age of 82, John F. Savage of Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Savage (Rodriguez); his parents, Carroll Savage and Julia Savage (Killoran); his sister Mary Holmes (Lynn); and his grandson Paul Hammond.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Hammond (William); his granddaughters, Sandra Savage-Soza (Nathan) and Ashley Hammond; his great grandchild Veronica McBride; his adoptive parents, Gerry, Patty, Jordan, Zac (Gina) and DiAnna Markham; his parents-in-law, Anita, Peter Parisi, Richard, Hae-Suk Rodriguez, Ronald, Renae Rodriguez, Robert and Leslie Rodriguez; and his close friends, RoseAnn DeFeo, Joan Stonis, Sam Murphy and Rena Faigle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, in honor of his love of his grandchildren's participation over the years, donations can be made in John's name to the Marcellus Central Senior High School Fine Arts Department.
