He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John G. Kotlik and Frances Kotlik; his son-in-law William Peters; his wife Mary Ann Terhorst Kotlik; his daughters, Karen Kallet (Mike), Debbie Meyer (Dave) and Paula Peters; and his grandchildren, Jeff Kallet, Kathryn Argento (David), Melanie, Jill Meyer and Bobby Peters.
