He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis A. Delia and Catherine I. Delia (Giacobbe); and his sister Carolyn N. Ruffos of Parish, NY.. He is survived by: his brother Joel A. (Kathleen) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews; eight great-nieces and great-nephews; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
