He was predeceased by: his parent William J. Dee; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his parent Helen Whalen Dee; his significant other Dorothy "Dodie" Dee; his sons, William (Jennifer), James (Melone) and David (Amanda); and his grandsons, Thomas J., Michael, Elliott and Liam.
