He is survived by: his wife Dianne Demers Bennett; his sons, Jason (Betsy), Jack (Rachel) and Patrick Bennett (Laurel); and his siblings, James Bennett, Hazel White, Dorothy Ann Palmer, Alice Ryan and Linda Galan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
