It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan M. Frisbie of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Chappel (Wagner) and Herbert A. Chappel. She is survived by: her daughter Sharon L. Frisbie; and her grandchildren, Hannah Rose Flansburg and Alexander Flansburg (Max).
