“Jeff was truly a good friend and co-worker. He was a man who did love those in his life and talked of how they were truly the ones he cared about. Even during trying times his caring spirit endured. I am happy that I got to spend time with Jeff as he was near the end of his journey. I pray for him as he starts his final journey. He will be truly missed.
