He is survived by: his wife Sandra Fish (Groth); his children, Jeffrey Fish II, John Reed and Kimberlie Reed; his siblings, Martin Fish (Mary) and Linda McMahon (Joe); his grandchildren, Vanessa Adams (Josh), Katie Neilon (Nick Small) and David Neilon; his great grandchildren, Delilah, Corbin, Declan Adams, Molly Small and Jayce Reed; and his sister Gracen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
