She was predeceased by: her husband Joe; her daughter-in-law Lucia Perillo; and her siblings, Nick, Kon Matchuk and Natalie Darrow.
She is survived by: her sons, John (Becky) of Rochester, NY, James of Olympia, WA and Joe (Lonnie) of Portland, OR; her nieces and nephews, Carol Hammon, Linda Steitler (Tom), Kathy Rudy, Frank Rudy and Nick Matchuk (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Matty and Ethan Hammon.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to one's favorite charity.
