It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean V. Hodnick (Syracuse, New York), who passed away on April 14, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Lanze and Carrie Lanze (Nanno); her husband Leo Hodnick; and her sister Anna May Passarelli. She is survived by: her daughter Michele Zajac-Nelipowitz; and her grandchildren, Brian Zajac (Lynn), Eric Zajac (Sierra), Sandra Teft (Brent) and Dawn Czaplicki (Bob). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
