She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Galvin; her parents, William Montgomery and Hannah Montgomery; and her brothers, John and Rev. William Montgomery.
She is survived by: her children, Shaun Galvin Standford (Richard), John W. Galvin Jr. (Patricia) and Daniel P. Galvin (Lisa); her stepdaughter Patricia Galvin; her grandchildren, Lucas, Nicholas, Benjamin (Jordan), Daniel, Patrick Standford (Jenna), Rebecca Coburn (Corwin), Laura Radimer (Richard), Suzanna Marsh (Trevor), Michael and Aiko Galvin; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Coburn, Emrie and Nova Marsh; and her stepgrandsons, Michael, Mark and Matthew Foster. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jean's memory to Kindred at Home; Hospice of CNY; the Syracuse Alliance Church; or the Syracuse Rescue Mission.
