She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jay and Alice Jay. She is survived by: her significant other Dale Hopkins; her sons, Steven, Kenneth (Ellen) and Joseph (Trinidy); her grandchildren, Joe, Emily, Dominick and Bailey; and her sister Linda Robinson (Bill). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
