She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Marie Cooper and Louis Tyner Sr.; her son-in-law Christopher John Thaxton; and her brothers, Napolean Vasser Jr. and Gregory Cooper.
She is survived by: her husband Raoul Lafayette Breland; her daughter Diamond Marie Thaxton; and her grandson Roman John Thaxton. She is also survived by family here to grieve her loss are her siblings and their partners.
