With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Waters of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on December 17, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Waters and Elizabeth Waters. She is survived by: her pet Sox; her nieces, Cathleen Waters and Cristina Waters (Mark Thompson); her great-niece Nina Franke; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Waters, Tami Ross, Gilda Leblanc, Peg McCarthy and Kathy Wherling.
