She is survived by: her children, Sandra Jean Wardzala (John), Scot Walter Herzog and Stephen Cass Herzog (Tracy); her grandchildren, Tiffany Patton (Nick), Desiree Perry (Nathan), Dawn Herzog, Ryan Cass Herzog (Katherine), Shawn Anthony Herzog (Kristen) and Nicholas Stephen Herzog; and her great grandchildren, Talon Patton, Nicholas McMillen, Alyssa McMillen, Zariana Perry, Anthony James Herzog and Eva Lee Herzog.
