He was predeceased by: his wife Cilla Davis; and his father Gordon Copeland Jared. He is survived by: his mother Jean; his daughter Julie; his brother Steve (Regina); his grandchildren, Malaki (Gabriella), Johanna, Alessandra and Sophia; his great grandchild Stella; his nieces and nephews, Dr. Wendy Knight (Jim), Lori Lutton, Richard Jared (Jennifer), Gary Jared and Dr. Michael Murphy; his sister-in-law Pat Murphy (Don); his aunt Wanda Jared; his uncle Henry Price; and his pets, Linnie, Layla, Sarah, Kit, Binx, Gary, Vic, Louie and Thelma (Joanne Nigolian).
