He was predeceased by: his parent Audrey M. Balla. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Balla (Hogan); his daughter Kimberly Balla; his father James Balla (Martha); his siblings, Deborah Fischer (Frank), Sally Harvey (Richard), Cynthia Lashua (Rex), Kevin Balla (Pauline) and Rodney Balla (Gina); his mother-in-law Ellen Hogan; and also James. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews.
