He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Armstrong and Myrtle Nelson Armstrong; and his wife Anita H. White Armstrong. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Armstrong and Douglas Armstrong (Gina); his grandchildren, Jasime of Syracuse and Justin Armstrong of Syracuse; and his brothers, Lester Armstrong of Port Byron and John Armstrong of Syracuse.
