He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Barbara. He is survived by: his siblings, Roxanne Lepkowski (John) of Liverpool, JoAnne Adydan (Tom) of Montana and Ronald Zoll (Carol) of Alabama. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
