He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Mullen and Gertrude Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Sharon La Sage Mullen; his children, James C. Mullen Jr., Laurie Winchester (Justin), Lisa Anderson (Robert) of Onondaga Hill and Raymond Scott Mullen (Karen E. Hester); his sister Kathleen Russell (Kent); his grandchildren, Kristen Marie, Thomas James Mullen, Raymond Ethan Anderson and Peyton Cole Winchester; and his pet Zoe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
