He is survived by: his parents, Jim Hopkins and Rosanne Hopkins (Pennisi); his sisters, Heather Hopkins and Courtney Hopkins; his aunts and uncles, Kevin Hopkins (Seema), Kelley Hopkins (Lisa), Kerry Hopkins (Kerrin Hopkins) and Linda Pennisi O'Brien (John Paul Pennisi); and his great-aunt Helen O'Connor.
