He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Walker and Mildred Walker; and his sister Karen Purdy. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Walker; his children, James Walker, Jr. (Mayara), Allison Walker (Robert Bowman) and Joshua Walker; his grandchildren, Michael, Michelle Bowman, Mikey, Ryan, Julian, Alex, Joseph Walker and Rafaella Pereira; and his sister Sharon Swartzentruber. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
